Turtle Game

Age: 4 years, 7 months, 1 week old

Backdate #4

Date: 1 Feb 2011

Do you play poker? I played, my very first time. Mommy taught me her childhood poker game - TURTLE. Who got the "A" in the end, he/she is the turtle - loser.

The turtle is in my hand. My loser look. Mommy said I'm not the loser yet, have to wait till last card.
Hahahhaha!!!! Mommy took the "turtle"!
I took the last card, which was "Q", so mommy was the turtle. XD

Chopsticks Training

Age: 4 years, 7 months, 1 week old
Backdate #3

Date: 31 Jan 2011

I showed some interests on using chopsticks lately, so mommy thought it's time, I'm ready to be trained on the right way of holding the chopsticks. So she bought me a pair of training chopsticks online.

The training chopsticks have 2 holes (yellow and green) meant to stick my index and ring finger in. But I found it rather hard to hold, so I took them out, and there I go.
I can do better without the holes. Hahahhaha!!!

CNY everywhere red red. We hang all the lanterns, fans, fishy that we made on the plants.
One for the flowers too.
Wish everyone 万事如意, everything goes your way.
We still have many red packets left and many toilet rolls. After reading crafted website, mommy decided to do these.
Daddy joined in the fun.
Mommy's done.
I not yet. Still doing.
We made about 10 of them.
And sticked on the each door.
Like this.

CNY Deco 1

Age: 4 years, 7 months, 1 week old

Wow, it's exactly one month since I last wrote. Again, so many things happened in the past month. Need to backdate. By the way, HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR to all of you. May the RABBIT year, all of you happy happy, healthy healthy, and $$$$, HUAT AH!!!

Date: 10 Jan 2011
Mommy always like to think of "thing" for us to do together. CNY was around the corner, and we had MANY red packets left at home, so mommy asked "BB, do you want to make some lanterns? and fans and fishy?" Of cause I replied happily "WANT!!!!!". So we started.

Things we need.
To make sea shell lantern, first we need to fold the red packet into half. By the way, I've a new sense of fashion design lately. I like to wear like this: t-shirt inside, dress outside, and add on jeans skirt. Mommy asked "Pretty meh?" "Pretty lah!" I replied. Mommy no eyes see.
Cut it.
Then staple it.
I did it. Mommy helped stapled.
Never forgot about my homemade cookies, hahahha!!!
Not easy to cut the red packets. I cut wrongly and thus this look.
Semua saya buat punya. =D
We made some fans too.
Mommy did the left, I did the right.
This is the way to make fan. Fold here, fold here, fold here, and fold here. Hahahha...
Fishy fishy. Mommy made.

I'm BACK - Part 2 !!!

Age: 4 years, 6 months, 1 week old

I really can't wait to be an adult and wear bra. *Mommy roll eyes*
Hmmm... 24F??? LOL!
Mommy noticed something lately, that I like to make funny faces when asked to take photo.
After watching the Tom & Jerry (about pirates story), I told mommy I want to be a pirate too. Heres a pirate talking on the phone. Oh! One more thing, I like to 'make porridge' (talk on the phone for long time, 煲电话粥) lately. She wondered if I'd carry this bad habit when I grow up. If so, she'd have headache then.
My aunt (老二姑) gave me a toy rabbit. It was dirty, so I washed it.
Here is my new sleep partner. :)
These are my sleep partners. Gonna add the toy rabbit into my 'rubbish', mommy said.
CNY is coming. So mommy thought of baking some cookies. The main thing is for good family bonding time. So mommy browsed through the cookie recipe and decided to make Peanut Cookie. We needed to cook the peanuts, separate the skin and smash them.
Add them into icing sugar.
Add in flour.
About to put into the oven. First and second attempt were failed as we didn't know how to adjust the temperature and timing. We can't do it according to the book.
While waiting for 3rd attempt, I was busy playing with these.
3rd attempt, finally looked like peanut cookies. Taste bit too sweet.
Daddy let me customize my alphabet cookies.
I only managed to make "B".
Ended up all became 1 piece. LOL!
