More Challenging Puzzle

Age: 4 years, 4 months, 3 weeks, 4 days old

My old puzzle is no longer challenging for me, I can simply solve it in less than 5 minutes (54-piece). No worries, I still love solving it. Daddy got another puzzle from my aunt (小姑), it's 500 pieces. Not for me, but for himself. Right after solving my old puzzle last night, daddy opened up his 500-piece puzzle, I was so excited. "Yeah! New puzzle", I said.

Happily took out the pieces. Wow, these pieces are much smaller than my puzzle.
This is the puzzle. I don't know how to say it, but it will be very beautiful when we switch off the light.
As usual, daddy said separate them into 3 sections (2 lines, 1 line and no line). "This one no line, this one 1 line, this one no line, this one no line, this one no line, this one 1 line.........."
AH!!! The pieces are too small and too many. I better coloring. =P
At the end, mommy and daddy solved the puzzle. Spent about 1 hour only solved 4 side lines. Really not easy ah.

Lovely and Jealous Sunday

Age: 4 years, 4 months, 3 weeks, 3 days old

It was quite a fun and happening Sunday as my cousin sister (Hui-Hui), Da gu (aunt), Da Gu Zhang (uncle) and Siao Gu (aunt) all came back. Suddenly the house was full of people. I had the chance to play with Hui-Hui again. But jealousness still can be found in me. Hui-Hui is about 2 years old in another 3 months, she likes to play with my daddy (as my daddy is so cheerful, all kids like him :P). She always called my daddy her 'daddy', and call her own daddy 'papa'. She likes my daddy to carry her, whenever she does that, I'd ask daddy to carry me as well (jealous ma). Mommy always pity daddy has to carry 2 girls, 1 right 1 left. Luckily daddy is quite strong. =D She has her own nice pink tricycle but she insisted to sit on my 'lauya' cheap tricycle. Daddy and mommy always advised me to let her sit as her own pink tricycle seems a bit too big for her, she can't reach the pedal. Sometimes I'd give, but sometimes I'd show faces. :( But after all, I love Hui Hui. :p

After they left at about 4pm-ish, we (mommy, daddy and I) had our little family game, we played the 'snake game' (I wonder is it called snake game? ;p)

I was the first one to start. Yeah! I got 6.
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.... (half-way through...)
It was fun, as throughout the journey, I climbed up the ladders and slided from the snakes too. LOL =D
When climbed up ladder that time, sure happy la, fly like aeroplane.
When 'kena' snake, this look.
This was my last, I got 5 and I reached the 'FINISH' line.
Yippee!!! I was the first to reach the 'FINISH'. Yeah, I am the champion! Then mommy and daddy carried on, mommy was the second and daddy was the last. =D
After the 'snake' game, we continued with this game. Mommy thought she knows how to play this game, but at the end nobody knows, not even daddy. So we played our own way. Hahaha.. :D
Oh! Not to forget this one. After the game, we went to Mr. DIY to see see look look as suggested by auntie Alice. Mommy found out the stuff there are quite cheap. Not many puzzles tho. At the end, mommy bought some stuff for DiDi (my little brother) and a brand new kitty toothbrush + toothbrush holder for me (I chose this myself). =D

I'm a Teacher

Age: 4 years, 4 months, 3 weeks old

Other than bride, I like to be a teacher too. Read story books to daddy mommy and also teach daddy to write. Last night I wanted to teach daddy the Chinese character strokes that mommy taught me.

Usually when mommy teach me, she'd sit behind me and her hand would hold on to my hand and guide me. I wanted to do the same thing too on daddy, but my hand is too small to hold on to daddy's hand. So ended up, I hold the pencil at the bottom part, and daddy hold slightly above my hand. "Come, daddy, 人 has 2 strokes, 1 and 2, ok?" I said. =p
When I can do what I wanted to do, satisfaction guaranteed. I'm a teacher now, taught myself proudly. Hehehe.. ;)
"Mommy, take 1 more picture" I requested.

My Wedding

Age: 4 years, 4 months, 2 weeks, 6 days old

I like to be a bride very much lately, can say I'm crazy over it. When my wedding gown is on, mommy can't call me 'bb' or 'Yin Yue' anymore, must call me '新娘' (bride). But she kept forgetting.

I'm a bride now, must call me '新娘' (bride). When I'm a bride, I'd do everything patiently (including homework) and more girly, cough also cough like a bride, very 'si mun' and soft :P
Ta-da!!! This is my wedding gown. I'm the bride of the night.
And daddy cannot run away too, he is my 新郎 (groom). Mommy cannot call him 老公 or daddy, must call him 新郎.
(*mommy rolled her eyes)
Our wedding, 新郎 kiss 新娘.
新郎 and 新娘 hug hug.
And we live happily ever after. Hahaha... =D

Baby Oil

Age: 4 years, 4 months, 2 weeks, 5 days old

Daddy bought baby oil for mommy to apply on her big belly to prevent stretch marks (a bit too late huh, now only apply. hahhaha.. but luckily not much stretch marks yet). I can't wait to apply for mommy. =P

Before applying, kiss little baby first.
This baby oil smells nice. Hmmm...
Hi, I'm mommy's good little princess and Didi's good JieJie (sister).
After applying on mommy's belly, I'd apply on my belly too. Not much baby oil left on my hand, so get some from mommy's belly. Hahahha..
I offered some to daddy too.
This is my pretty mommy, in her 9th month now, another 28 days to go, I can see my little brother then. :)

Broken Door & Little Mechanic

Age: 4 years, 4 months, 2 weeks, 5 days old

Daddy broke our bedroom door last night, as he was fixing it, needless to say, I offered my help voluntarily. Hahaha..

"Daddy, why not use this screwdriver lerh?" I asked.  "That's different shape, cannot one" daddy answered.
"Oh I see". Then I put the screw in the hole.
Use this screwdriver to screw it.
Put another screw in another hole.
And screw it. Daddy was standing there thinking "sure need to wait until tomorrow morning." =p Patient la!!!
OK! The door is fixed. Get my toolbox and Bye Bye! :)

Pro Foot Massager

Age: 4 years, 4 months, 2 weeks, 5 days old

I always wanted to participate in whatever daddy's doing. I was solving my puzzle then (yes, I still love my puzzle. I don't have to separate into 2-lines, 1-line and without-line sections now, I can straight away solve the puzzle without daddy's help or supervision, I can solve it by myself. hehehe). When I saw daddy was massaging mommy's leg, I quickly jumped on the bed and offered my help too. Mommy thought this is hilarious and at the same time warming / touching too, so quickly shot this.

Mommy's leg is quite heavy on my shoulder. Hahaha!

Sleep Partners

Age: 4 years, 4 months, 2 weeks, 5 days old

Mommy saw Auntie Sheoh Yan's blog about her princess's sleep partner, so mommy also post my sleep partners. I have not only one but four sleep partners. Each night before bed, I'd arrange them accordingly, one also cannot miss. I'd name them too. "We are one family" I said. Hehehe.. Blue one is mommy, then me, and the smallest is my little baby brother. Then mommy asked "daddy lerh?". Daddy is the biggest one, the white bear. =) I also have a bolster, can't sleep without it. Sometimes I'd wake up in the middle of the night, and look for my bear bear and bolster. If I didn't find, I'd wake daddy up, die die also must find my bear bear and bolster. LOL!!!

That's me with my sleep partners. ;)

Chinese Strokes

Age: 4 years, 4 months, 2 weeks, 4 days old

Mommy taught me new things yesterday, which are "counting the Chinese character strokes" and "fill in the missing strokes". I quite like this way of teaching because I like to draw and write on white board using marker pen. :p

Mommy started with simple words that I know. I like matching.
Me counting the strokes carefully. Chinese character is very tricky. When you see 6 lines, it doesn't mean 6 strokes.
Then slowly moved to more words with more strokes.
Opps, got 1 wrong. Mommy said "Never mind, first time wrong, learn the correct one, then next time you'll know the correct one." I slowly picked up this "learn to accept defeat" skill (from the story book I read). What a relieve for mommy. As she is quite worried about my "kiasu" attitude, must got correct all. If one wrong, my face'd turn black.
Then we switched to "fill in the missing strokes" game. I like this game too, as I know all the words given. =D
Mommy would never miss the fun part. After the "Chinese Strokes" game, we drew happily. Black was mommy's, and blue was mine. That's our house, with a road in front, 2 apple trees, some birds above the house, a place to hang my shorts, a swing with me swinging on it, and a slide. Mommy drew a simple slide, but I drew a nicer slide. Hahahhaa.. =D

Fruitful Weekend

Age: 4 years, 4 months, 2 weeks, 3 days old

For me, weekends always not boring. Because I have many activities awaits me. =) In this past weekend, I did quite a few things:

#1: Went to Yeh-Yeh's (grandpa) shop

He is my Ah-Bi 叔叔 (uncle), I love to play with him.

I helped daddy to mend a machine that day, and daddy gave me some wages (play play only 1 la... lol).

My favorite thing in Yeh-Yeh's shop is VITAGEN! Because D'Lima is just next to Yeh-Yeh's shop, so every time I go there, I'd ask daddy to buy me a vitagen. After few times, daddy trained me to buy it myself. Daddy taught me one Ringgit and 10 cents. So I took exactly RM1.10 from daddy's wallet, and off I went to the shop alone (the shop cashier already be-friended with me) and bought Vitagen myself.

There was once, I took RM1.10 and went to D'Lima. I took the Peel Fresh Mango Juice instead (not Vitagen), gave the cashier RM1.10 and I left =p. Ah-Bi 叔叔 was surprised, paid RM1.10 and got something worth RM1.90. HA! Then daddy taught me different things different prices. After that he gave me another RM1 and I went settled with the cashier. The cashier happily returned 20 cents back to me. Hahaha.. lesson learnt! =P
#2: Homemade Flash Cards

Mommy made me some flash cards (should say 'flash paper', as its A4 paper =p) to see if I still remember Peter and Jane. I've learnt Peter and Jane in my previous kindy until book 4A somewhere in early June this year. Mommy didn't want to pressure me that much, so she started book 1C with me again with the 'flash paper'. I kinda like this game.

My homemade 'flash paper'. We played the 'write out correctly' exercise from book 1C. Mommy showed me the wrong sentence and I chose the correct words from here and arranged them correctly.
My cheecky face when it comes to TOYS! Oh yes, I like toys. =D
'Peter and Jane like the dog'
I can solved them quite fast. Mommy was impressed.
#3: Tidy up my drawer

After bathing (haven't even combed my hair), my mood suddenly came, I wanted to tidy up my drawer. Hehehe... I took all my shorts, panties, and clothes out, and fold it again one by one, then put them back again into the drawer.

Me folding my short.
#4: Became a teacher

I like to be a teacher (maybe its my ambitious? who knows?) and teach or read story to daddy mommy. Yesterday, I was the teacher, and daddy was my student. I asked daddy to listen to me once, and then he had to repeat the story when I'm finished.

"Listen carefully, teacher read once and then you read OK?"
My student's turn to read the story. I like to hold his finger and point the words one by one when he is reading to make sure he knows the words and not memorizing. LOL!
#5: Make a farm

Since kakak (the maid) likes gardening and she did plant some onions and chili, so mommy decided to transform our messy backyard to a farm for kakak to plant more veges. Actually do we consider this as a backyard? Or just a 'lorong' at the back. =P

Before: so messy. Even have snake and big lizard here
Before: so messy.
These are planted by kakak.
As it was too messy and many BIG RED ANTS, me and mommy stayed inside the house watching them. I was standing on the chair so the big red ants cannot climb up my legs.
The papaya tree was too big. Need to use the saw.
After: Done done done!!! A very neat backyard we have now. Next is to wait for mommy and daddy go buy some seeds.
Just simply asked mommy to take me picture.
#6: Went library

Sunday is library day. Mommy and daddy like to go library because some books cannot be borrowed, only for reference. So they go there and read. And my purpose to library is not to read but play. As there is a special room for kids, and there is a slide inside for kids to play. Hehehe =)

#7: Went stadium

After library, we went to the stadium nearby our house. This is a must-go-place for me. Why? Because of the playground. Hahahaha...

What a wonderful and fruitful weekend I had. =)
